I don't share things online. But for Herm I will have to make an exception.
I will never forget taking my older kids camping out at "The Gorge" with the entire motley
crew; and being immediately told that "Jeremy" was taken so I was dubbed "Chuck".
That was a weekend of serious rain. We all got stuck there an extra few days and had to wait for it to dry. Herm was always there to keep morale up and my kids loved him immediately. They stayed in the RV while I tented it and woke up in a river. It's a story of a great weekend that I tell often.
My condolences to everyone. He was a great man.
