Dwight and I met Bob and Merle right before Brian and Missy got married. We felt as if we had been a part of this large wonderful family right from the start. Bob so glad you left as you lived. On your terms.

Grandpa was the first person I hugged when I came home from my mission. He was at the bottom of the escalator in the airport. At first I didn't see him, but then suddenly he was there, with a camera in my face. He surprised me, and I said, "Oh, Grandpa!" I hugged him first and then hugged the rest of my family. I'll never forget that he just didn't care about the lines or crowds of people, he was going to get that photos of me. I love that memory.
Bob would makes jokes about the Vollmers were the crazy cousins. I was and proud to be the crazy cousin of the Fullmers. Bob took Fullm (Brian) and I to the movies, camping, and fishing. He explained to me about the Quacker (Aspen) trees. "We call them Quackers because you can hear them quack". Bob always made me feel welcome.

I can’t think of any time I had not seen Uncle Bob with a smile and a joke, even when he was in the middle of the most epic horseshoe competition against Uncle Dean at camp. I’m grateful for the early memories and the joy he brought tall he met.
Bob was always so kind! He always made the effort to talk to Bryan. His testimony was strong, and he bore it frequently. He will be missed here and joyously welcomed on the other side of the veil.
