I am so lucky to have grown up with such an amazing Grandpa. I feel incredibly blessed to have had so much time with him and will cherish all of the memories we made as a family. Some of my favorite memories include having water balloon fights and spending a lot of time in the pool, as well as all of the mornings he would take me to school and get me coffee on the way. He always made sure I had anything I ever wanted. I look back at videos of him trying to get me to say Grandpa, but I would just respond with Mama. He would just laugh and keep trying. One of my favorite memories was when he met our son Jack, we flew out to make sure he got that chance. I wish he could have gotten know him and laugh at all of his jokes the way we all did. I always looked up to him and knew him as a hard working kind man with a lot of integrity. You will be incredibly missed, and our memories will be cherished forever. We love you very much.
