1934 - 2016
Ronald H Graves returned home to the arms of his loving Heavenly Father and parents on Thursday, August 25, 2016. He was born on March 25, 1934, the youngest of six children to James Henry and Edna Rosella Hadfield Graves.
He was married to his sweetheart, Shirley Bramall, on August 18, 1953, in the Salt Lake Temple. They are the parents of nine children, Kevin (Joni), Ann (Paul Mathews), Kerry (Cindy), Evan (Rebecca), Darin (Tannis), Debra (Scott Durfey), Eric (Carrie), Andrea, and Ryan. They have 42 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, four siblings, and a great-grandson. He is survived by his brother, Norman (Lois).
Grandpa Graves was one of the most loving, kind, generous, and Christ like men one has ever known. He was dearly loved by all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Monday, August 29, 2016 at the Mapleton LDS Stake Center, 970 North 400 East, Mapleton, UT with a viewing at the church Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and prior to services Monday from 9:30 to 10:45 am. Interment in the Springville City Cemetery. We Love you Grandpa!
