Heaven has gained another true angel. We miss Ruth, her cheerful attitude, jokes, and infectious laughter. Most of all we miss her kind example and her friendship. My prayers are that her family will be blessed with comfort, strength and wonderful memories of this precious lady.

Ruth has been a dear friend since 1977 when we worked at the UTC Skills Center together during some fun and wild times. She and Julie were wonderful friends. I had lost tough with "Rufus" for some years especially after she retired from SLCC but always thought of her on her birthday. May she rest in peace and be embraced by her loving family.

I worked with Ruth at Utah Technical College (Salt Lake Community College) that was how long ago it was. I loved Ruth. She was so much fun. We kept in touch for awhile after I left the college, but as usual we lost track. My deep condolences to you Tammy. She loved her kids with all her heart. May God bless the whole family.

I worked with Ruth closely for about 13 years at Salt Lake Community College - South City Campus and intermittently another 4 years at Redwood Campus. Ruth was always positive and upbeat - even when she faced challenges in her personal and work life. She did a quality, conscientious job for the students and for our organization.
We had lots of talks. She had unique and accurate perspectives about the human experience. She is a neat and a very kind lady. I hope I can visit with and be one of her pals someday when I also graduate to the next stage of life.
