She's one of the people that automatically comes to mind when anyone ever mentions the Salt Palace. It was always nice to see her there! She will be missed.
Sheila was my father's secretary, at the Quality Press, for several years. She was bright, professional and one avid hockey fan. David E Nelson
Sheila was my first cousin and a dear friend. We shared my experiences together. When we were young we would meet at our grandmas house where we would get into trouble stealing green apples form our neighbors. Our sleep-overs were always fun and I looked forward to them. Sheila had an infectious laugh that no one will ever have. I will miss that greatly. Sheila had a good heart and loved helping the down-trodden. She will be extremely missed from anyone who ever met her.
May Gods love help Brian & Doug in their life without her.
Sheila was one of my favorite customers back at the smiths store on 33rd before it closed. You always had a great story tell and a uplift for me. Thank you for your kindness and your presence and example. RIP my friend until we meet again 😘😥
Shiela was my primary teacher. She will always be my primary teacher. I can remember her with a clarity and affection as anything in my life. She always remembered me as a grown up and would hug me and smile her trademark grin and talk with me. Her patience for little children was a hallmark of her life, her love of them, and her continuing love of us as we grew older. I love you Shiela!

I’m not sure how many of you know of or knew Sheila Winkler. She was an amazing lady and one of mine and others long time friends and customer at Smith’s. When I received my temple endowments she came. She made twelve crocheted/macrame like Easter Baskets for my Primary class back in the day. No one could mistaken her for her laugh, smile and generosity. I had the privilege of seeing her a few years back in the temple and it was a wonderful reunion! 💖 She loved her tomatoes, and if she wasn’t buying them by the gallon she was bringing them in during the summer months. 🍅 To Sheila’s family: much love and prayers to you all! :ice_hockey_stick_and_puck: Go Eagles! 🦅 is what she might say.
Thinking of you and wishing you moments of peace and comfort as you remember someone who was so close to you.
