Stacy Brown Moss' Obituary
Stacy Brown Moss, 58 peacefully passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at home surrounded by her family after a very courageous battle with COPD and lung cancer. She was born on June 5, 1964 in Salt Lake City, UT to Dean and Jackie Brown. She was the youngest of five children. She lived in Layton, UT, Pleasant View, UT, then later settled back in Layton, UT. Stacy married Michael D. Moss January, 1, 1990 and they later divorced. She had several jobs throughout her life. She was a stay at home mom and second mom to her niece and nephew for many years before entering her career at Autoliv for 10 years, and ended at Home Depot. She loved dancing, gardening, birds, and hiking. But most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her, but we are comforted knowing she is in peace, in the arms of the Lord. She is survived by her 3 children; Jeffery, Jason, and Ashley. Stacy also left behind her 3 siblings; Garth, Terry, Judy, and 5 grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, and one brother, Mickey Brown. A special thanks to Carl Christensen, and the staff at Utah Cancer Specialists. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 3:00 P.M at Premier Funeral Services, 5335 S 1950 W. ~ Roy, UT. Memorial Services will be announced at a later time.
