To Sue's Family
I wanted to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for allowing me the privilege of doing your mom's hair for the past couple years! I've enjoyed our many chats we've had over the years about her life, raising her boys, especially because I have boys who would come visit me at work and visit Sue. For the longest time she & Gloria would race to be first in line to get their hair done, I've missed that lately with her not feeling as welI. I loved her positive attitude towards everyone in the salon, she was always so kind in her words to others. She loved when I played oldies while doing her hair but hated when the song "Runaround Sue" came on.. I swear it came on every time I did her hair, she'd roll her eyes & I laughed! She always said I'd like to go shopping to put on a huge dinner for my kids, her face lit up and glowed when she spoke of family!
She was always my go to gal! If anyone knew what was going on it was Sue! She knew who was sick, who was having a hard day, who was in the hospital, who passed away, what was going on in the news and always wanted to make sure I was kept up to date! She was always shocked I didn't know the news she shared, sometimes I googled it thinking she heard it wrong because how could I have missed that but she was right on the button. She's not been as talkative lately but she always had something to say about her boys and her grandkids, her tenderness as she talked of you all was so sweet, she loved you all so very much (but I'm sure you know that)! I pray you may be comforted at this time with the loss of your mother & grandmother. I'm sure she is with her sweetheart telling all the wonderful stories! May you feel the loving arms of our Heavenly Father surround you. My sweet Sue will be missed, the salon won't be the same without her!
With much love & gratitude
