Tayler Kay Horne's Obituary
Tayler Kay Horne
1993-2018
Our beautiful, spirited, energetic Tayler Kay Horne returned to her heavenly home unexpectedly Sunday, October 14, 2018 from pulmonary embolisms. She was born July 14, 1993 to Gene and Cyd Horne and brought great energy to our family. She will be greatly missed by us all.
We were the Sanderson Sisters at Halloween, Cinderellas when we cleaned and basement figure skaters. She loved sibling game nights with cousins and all things family.
She has many friends from her years at Riverton High School and Snow College. She touched many lives while serving in the California Carlsbad Mission and often talked about how she loved California so much she wanted to become a permanent resident.
Tayler was passionate about music and looked forward to sharing it with others. She was always singing, playing and performing. She appreciated art and loved to write.
She planned on pursuing a career in counseling so she could reach out and serve as many people as possible.
Tayler has many friends from all walks of life. She is genuine, non-judgmental and loves everyone. Our family thanks you for enriching her life.
Through her ups and downs, she always maintained a firm conviction of God’s love for her and all of us.
Our family thanks Tayler for her wonderful example of being open, bold and Christ-like.
She is preceded in death by her grandfathers Delano Faust and Keith X Brown, grandmothers Ruth Ann Horne and Lani Kay Brown and Uncle Damon Monson Faust. She is survived by her grandmother Carole Ann Faust, honorary grandmother Caye Woloff, grandfather Bruce (Cheryl) Horne, parents Gene and Cyd Horne, siblings Maddy (Joshua) Price, Blake (Sterling) Walker, Gracey and Jonah Horne. She is also survived by her nephews Luke, Owen and niece CC.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 19, 11am at the Riverton Central Stake House, 12852 S 3200 W Riverton, UT 84065. Friends may visit Thursday evening, October 18, 6-8 and Friday morning 10-10:45 at Riverton Central Stake House.
She will be laid to rest at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park South Valley, 13001 S 3600 W, Riverton, UT 84065.
