Ward was one the finest people I have ever known. For me I will miss his phone calls, he was always thinking outside the box.
!0 years of fishing in Canada, so much fun, laughed so hard with each cast, great food and friends.
When you look at the word Gentleman, there should be a picture of Ward for he was the true Gentleman.
Always ready for adventure, did not matter he was in for the trip, Rock hounding with Roger, my self and others. Jim Madsen Prof, Wade Miller Prof. Mike Nelson, Prof, all well know paleontologists from various universities U of U, BYU, Kansas were out to with Ward in the hot desert looking for all things old.
His and Rogers involvement was noted when they named a couple of fossils for them, pretty neat/
Sadly he is gone, surely not forgotten, RIP Ward.
