Zina and I became friends back in 1982. She was a wonderful friend to me and my kids. She made my son, BJ, an adorable quilt when he was born. It had a turtle right in the middle. He still has it! Zina watched my children when I went back to work. They always loved going there. Zina was like their second mother. When she moved away we lost touch for a while. But Facebook brought us back together. She was loving when I lost my daughter, McCall, back in 2017. I'm hoping McCall is with her now. Zina was a marvelous woman and will never be forgotten. Candy

Zina and I met when we moved in next door, In SLC. We had so much fun in the neighborhood. I was a young married girl and she took me under her wing. We had a great time playing jokes on the neighbors, like spraying them with water when they didn't expect it. I never knew what was going to happen when I went out my door. We used to make homemade ice cream on her front lawn. One time my husband had to show her and Rolland how to pluck chickens. What a blast we had. She will be greatly missed. Love to the family.

Zina was so excepting of everyone she met. I loved our talks as we worked together canning food or preparing for a family activity. Even though my family wasn't blood related she made us feel like we were. She will be missed.
